Such derogations may consist of the modification, addition or deletion of the clauses to which they relate and shall not affect the application of the other provisions of the General Conditions.

Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws mentioned in the Company act 2013 of India, registered at 601, 6th Floor, Link Rose, Above Levi's Store, Linking Road, Santacruz West, Mumbai - 400054, mentions a detailed statement of Shipping Policy in regards to Not so Pink, an e-commerce retail platform that offers retail solutions and facilitates the purchase of Fashion & Lifestyle products.

SOCH Retail Pvt. Ltd, hereby mentions the ‘Shipping Policy’ that highlights the following terms and conditions which are incorporated herein. These terms and conditions including the policies constitute the user’s binding obligations, with SOCH Retail Pvt. Ltd.

  • You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

  • Most packages or deliveries arrive on time, however, in some scenarios the tracking may show as delivered but you might not have the package with you.

  • Delivery charge varies with each Seller. If the cart value is less than Rs 599, Rs 99 charge is applicable for delivery. However, orders amounting to Rs 599 and above are delivered free.
  • Regarding cash on delivery orders, the customer must ensure to pay the amount on delivery. If failed to do so, the customer or the end-user will not receive their order or the product.
  • If the customer refrains from paying the COD deliveries on multiple occasions, then the platform owns the right to block the COD facility of the concerned customer.
  • There is a possibility that our courier partners have a holiday between the day the order has been placed and the date of delivery. Additionally, some courier partners do not work on Sundays and hence, the timeline may differ.
  • In regards to the estimated delivery time, the order is delivered within the specified time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, a delivery delay might occur. Most late orders arrive by the next working day.

Estimated delivery time depends on several variable factors but usually gets delivered in 5 to 7 business day.

  • There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Soch Retail Pvt. Ltd. The prices mentioned against the product are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
  • You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.
  • Please enter your pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.
  • Kindly enter your Pincode to find out whether the product can be delivered to your mentioned location.

The product cannot be shipped to an address for the following reasons:

  • Some carriers can't deliver to certain address types.
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location.

At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.

  • The cash on Delivery option is applicable depending on the courier partner servicing your location accepts cash as payment at the time of delivery. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available in your location.
  • Some places are not covered for COD by our delivery partners, and therefore COD option is not applicable. Kindly excuse us for the same.
  • We ensure to provide you with the best buying experience, and your pin-code might become COD-enabled in future.
  • We follow a rigorous quality check process prior sending the parcel out for delivery. However, due to unforeseen circumstances if the customer receives the delivery in damaged/defective condition, kindly connect with us at wecare@notsopink.in
  • The customer must notify the platform within 72 hours and must provide photographic evidence to get it exchanged or returned. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy as well as Refund Policy for more details.
